Digital Transformation at the International Black Sea University

Background: The International Black Sea University needed a single platform to manage students, lecturers, programs, finances, and academic processes efficiently. Their existing tools were fragmented, causing duplication of work and limited visibility for staff and students.

Solution: We implemented a customized University Management System covering student and lecturer management, course and program administration, scheduling, financial tracking, and academic controls. The platform provided role-based portals for administrators, lecturers, and students, enabling real-time data access and process automation.
